All our prices are expressed and charged in USD. Payments can be done through KLARNA, STRIPE or using a credit card.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

    Hats Plaza S.A.S will deliver door-to-door through a third party courrier service in all municipalities of the colombian territory.


Our subsidiary Verona Jewelry Corp, registered at 3960 W 16 AV Hialeah FL 33012  suite 204, United States of America will handle shipping operations through DHL Global Forwarding to all countries and territories covered by said company.

Hat’s Plaza Boutique, delivers products to almost all countries on earth. If we can’t ship to a certain country, customers will not be allowed to make the purchase. Shipping freight is free in all cases. However, import duties and carrier fees (collection fees) may be charged to the customer in some cases depending on the country. If this is the case, the customer will be advised about this before completing the purchase and on the order confirmation email.

All products are shipped through DHL Express.


Depending on the country of shipping our customers will be obliged to pay for import duties and carrier fees. In countries where we don’t cover for those costs, customers are responsible for such charges. Hat’s Plaza Boutique, has no control over import taxes or carrier fees. We clearly advise all customers if they may be charged with import taxes or not before completing their order and on their order confirmation email.

Hat’s Plaza Boutique, is 100% committed to offering the best customer service and products. We dispatch items purchased through our website the same or the day after the purchase (except if the purchase is made on a Friday night or on Saturdays in which case we ship them on Monday).   1. Return Policy

We are committed to our customers’ 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can send it back at no charge within 10 days after they receive it and we will give you a full code with the value of the product so you can be able to pick another product. The order has to be made only through our website (hatsplaza.com). The item has to be in perfect resell conditions, and import duties or any other collection fees are refunded as store credit only.

Deciding not to pay import duties is not eligible for a full refund.

  1. Warranty

All our products are covered under at least one year limited warranty since the day of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

This limited one year warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents or any modification to a Hats Plaza Boutique. item. We are not responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the misuse of our products. Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to, the fading of colors and breakdown of materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect.

Our store is hosted on woocomerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through woocomerce data storage, databases and the general woocomerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
